  I am a client of this bank and although it is the branch that is close to me, I avoid going there at all costs. The attention is very bad in general, starting with the guards and the promoter. Some cashiers and executives / customer service are excellent and it shows they know how to do their job but the rest are pedantic, you ask them something they do not know what to answer you, if it is time to close they do not mind closing the door or curtain in your face or Ask you to leave your paperwork halfway in order to leave, the total cashier is always out of service, and now with those their lines that they now do at both doors of the agency, people are piling up in breach of the distance. The problem is not the branch but its employees. They should put more trained people in this agency, it seems that there are those without experience or those who do not want in other agencies.

  They are not complying with the covid protocol, they give priority to "acquaintances" or preferential clients for older adults who have been queuing for a longer time to enter and have a greater risk of contagion.
