::One of the worst banks when it comes to Customer Service ... And incidentally with False information on their website in which they literally say that you can collect remittances made at your bank through an ATM. Once in the branch, the information is false or at least that is how the person they have as a market seller assures it, shouting outside the bank the transaction that each client comes to carry out. A #Pesima experience in the plaza mundo branch as in many others of said bank. I urge @ Defensoria_910 to verify the information that this institution is disclosing in order to verify the authenticity of the services they offer and above all to protect the confidentiality of the operations that clients carry out in their bank. #ZeroEnServicio
