::Poor customer service. Do not go here if you are picking up remittance payments as they will tell you that you can get up to $4000, but then deny you access to the funds and blame it on Money Gram, which has a limit of $10,000. My husband and I have gone 3 times to try to get a remittance payment. Each time, they gave us a different excuse for why we could not pick it up. Shameful and unprofessional. The last time we went, they told us money gram had canceled the transaction, but I track the transaction online and it says ready for pickup. All they did was lie to us. If they did not have the money, they should have directed us to a more helpful bank.
