  I had read some comments on his Facebook page that many people complained about the disorganization of appointments, I understand in the medical guild of El Salvador most doctors wait, or patients are delayed by high traffic and that chains In a late appointment. But then I should better say that it is in order of arrival or to hopefully wait for a turn. My appointment was at 12:00 pm. Arrive 10 minutes before, there were two people waiting and one in appointment with the doctor. The person inside the office left at 12:15 pm, then the next one entered, it took about half an hour, it was then and at 12:45 pm I had already almost an hour waiting! And one more person was missing before me. I approach the reception to ask him to please schedule my appointment since I had other commitments and I was not going to wait another half hour (I still not being upset and thinking about getting my consultation another day I had more time to wait ) The receptionist told me: I could not schedule any other date because there was no longer any day I had to wait and be patient (even more) Or that another day would come to wait if she could attend me. It seemed disrespectful to others' time, since one for that calls. To schedule the time! And I didn't even get a reasonable explanation that kept me waiting (that the doctor had a setback and I'm late, an apology for the delay, a bit of courtesy and education for the lost time) Maybe the doctor is good and it would be worth the wait (I did not want to find out, by the way they answered me) and there will be people who may also have more time or more patience to wait for this way to schedule appointments. (That is supposed to be the purpose of making appointments, an assigned time for that person who also goes busy and with more things to do) Unfortunately I could not get my appointment, I lost an hour of my time waiting and incidentally I got upset because I did not feel that they showed any respect for the time of others. If you make an appointment, keep in mind that it is not the time you scheduled, you will have to wait at least one hour if not more. If you have all the time in the world, that's good. Because it will wait!
