  Este corrier es delo más pésimo que hay acaban de mandarme un correo que no encontraron a nadie en la casa y mi casa nunca seque da solo y bueno dicen. Sorry we miss you. BS. Creo que no fueron jajajajaj. Yo no los ocupo es otra empresa que me mando algo por medio de ellos. Tristeza co este DHL

  We sent a package the week before Easter to our father for his birthday. We were guaranteed that it would come to him in three days but this was far from the truth. My father didn't even receive any notification by the company that it had arrived to El Salvador. Currently DHL is holding the package and refusing to send it to our father. Instead he has to drive 3-4 hours away just to pick his own birthday present. Not only does he have to pick it up in San Salvador but he has to pay taxes. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! IT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! We have never experienced such bad service from any company. We will be posting this in all media and we demand better service!!!! It is unfair to be treated with such disregard especially when we have paid for your services. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!

  Hay deficiencia de atención al cliente vía telefónica. Hacen más lentos los procesos porque no saben dar información por teléfono
