  Do not stay here not worth it. They promise you a bunch of things but only offer buffet that are really covered under the cost nothing a la cart and no other drinks like they promised. And be aware on check out day they will stop serving you at 1:30 even though lunch was until 3 I asked for a soda and they refused to give it to me. Terrible customer service. The wifi barley works kicks you out every minutes. The toilet in our room kept clogging up and had to keep having someone come unclog it. There’s no fridge in the room to store food. And when you ask for milk for a child they say they don’t have any. The walk to either side of the hotel is too long takes about 10-15 min. Don’t even bother buying into their hotel to be a member they tell you it’s going to be a monthly charge and instead they charge you all at once, we asked to have it fix and now they’ve avoided our calls terrible customer service, now my family has to try and get the money back from the bank. I don’t not recommend this place at all it’s a total scam from the beginning

  Excellent place to go. They have a very good service. They have good food. You can ride on Jetske‘s and you can swim in the pools. Also it is a good place to surfing at the other part of the area. Also near the airport.

  Great place. Good staff service. Beach access is readily available. Very family oriented. "Zancudos" are plentiful in October... just FYI. Overall great experience!!! Would definitely come back again.
