::Out of respect for some of the doctors and nurses who are excellent but there are others who leave much to be desired more for the night shift if they do not have the vocation and respect for the patient, dedicate themselves to work at something else, there are people who really have the vocation and for such mediocre people they do not give them the opportunity. I hope they pay attention to this comment and have more supervision in that regard.
