::I love Starbucks but I admit we must have been there on a bad day. My mother had a question about our order, the lady that took the order made a mess of the explanation and got all exasperated with my mother. I will be honest, my mother is quick to get things but she got more confused because of the way the explanation was made and it was super upsetting seeing the barista acting like a child fuming at my mother. As a person that has worked in customer service I gotta say that girl was a disgrace. If someone doesn't get something you slow down or explain it in another matter. My mother is a senior citizen and I don't need someone to come and make her feel bad just because they could explained a simple promotion. With that being said...the food and beverages were great...I still love Starbucks but still very mad at this place, in the future I will avoid going to this particular location.

::Nice place to have an afternoon coffeea and read. Please be aware it is not a quiet place to work at as the music is loud. The staff is very friendly, plus they have a drive thru if that's your thing 🙌
