  Their customer service is very inefficient, customers have to wait outside for long hours, in full sun. The guards at no time have ordered the lines, therefore many people sneak in not respecting the order, at least they should put chairs outside and that the guards are aware of order. Bank disappointment and its treatment of customers leaves much to be desired.

  The supervisor olga de zetino and the customer service person rosa morales did not help me with anything, I had a process on Friday June 4 and they did not advise me well, the pink customer service person did not take her time, to verify that it was What I really needed, and they told me to return on Wednesday June 9, this day I realized that it was all my fault, so the supervisor Olga let me know, and that now my process will take another 5 days plus 3 more , a total waste of time that could have been solved on the 4th to be ready now, very bad attention and lack of interest in what I needed, they do not care about my delay, my loss of time or that I may lose my business.
