  The pista or trekking field is open for runners from 4:pm-8pm, It is a safe place to excersice. there are also paid practices of yoga, Dancing, and cross fit. It is for free.

  It's a huge place and you can definitely con jogging or go swimming. I'm going for swimming and they have great instructors I would definitely keep going
