  During my time spent at this hotel I experienced the best customer service. The staff is so kind and friendly, they are ready to help with anything they can. The pool is fantastic, and the location is perfect. If you walk up to the roof level you see the most beautiful site of the volcano. The sunsets at 5:00 pm are breath taking. You have all the stores and restaurants you need within 5 minutes of the hotel. And the food is fantastic. They serve the best cup of coffee. The coffee has a cinnamon twist. I love this place!

  A very good and comfortable place to stay, it has very good prices for a single-person-stay
