  Traditional Migueleña bakery. They make various types of very rich sweet bread, such as semita pacha and alta, rosquetes, chambergas, quesadilla, chachama (a kind of pudding with pieces of panela and flavor of allspice and cinnamon). Some of these are reminiscent of indigenous Lenca flavors. Special mention should be made of their delicious plum, pineapple and meat cakes that they make on weekends!
