  Excellent coffee, awesome food, desserts and chocolates, great customer service, one of the best bakeries in our country. Comfy and quiet place to escape from the city noise (while being in the city). Downside: few parking slots.

  Great desserts but the parking space is insufficient , also a lot of traffic in the zone so it’s difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

  I've been at Shaw's Zona rosa many times but today was the first time checking this one at Masferrer. Nice place, clean and they have a nice backyard to drink coffee; however the customer service was really poor, they took a long time to take my order, the waitress took other ppl's orders but not mine, my orange juice was super bitter that I could not even drink it all and no one came after to check if needed it something else, in fact I had to get up and ask for my bill at the cashier. I hope they can improve the customer service for future customers.

  Great service, beautiful outdoor space. They take the proper measures to prevent the COVID spread. Fine pastry and desserts. If you like strong coffee order the espresso, if you prefer a mild coffee have the Shaw's special. They offer decaf options too. This is for sure one of my favorite spots.

  Great selection of desserts
