  Handicap accessibility non existing. (Under construction) food good/so-so but limited, cold drinks not as could be expected. Limited accomodations. Amenities could be improved.

  Hotel has a beautiful scenery, rooms are clean. Safe premises. House keeping and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel price not worth the stay. Stayed 1 time wasn't so pleased wanted to have a better experience so booked a 2nd night. Emergency occurred and clearing not accommodating at all. Reservation staff members do not communicate properly and are not helpful. Its okie they lost a future frequent flyer. If they are not accommodating with Emergencies especially during covid clearly I would not recommend to others.

  I made at reservation and on the pictures everything look it awesome. I was super excited about my trip, but when I arrived, everything is so small. My room doesn’t look not even close to the one my reservation pictures show. I went to the front desk and try to fix it and told them. There was a mistake, that’s not the room I reserved and they only told me there’s not more rooms available and apparently I wasn’t the only unhappy guest with the wrong room. There was another unhappy guest, that didn’t got the room, that he paid at the time of making his reservation and they were not doing anything to fix it. I told the lady at the front desk, that I will never come back again, because the place is not as pretty how it looks on the pictures and the service is not the best, since they mistake ur room and don’t do anything to fix it.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The facilities itself was great and the restaurant food for dinner was good. Breakfast had limited options. Wifi worked well on the grounds and in the rooms. Our room was somewhat updated and they did not use the space very well the room could use a bigger mirror inside the bathroom and another outside in the room as well. Our hot tub on our balcony was leaking for some reason when we ran it and there was no hot water when we tried to fill up the tub. The bathroom had a mildew smell and we could see hair in the drain from the previous hotel guest. Gave an extra star because the hotel staff was just amazing but the room could use a more thorough cleaning

  My husband and I felt catfish when renting the best suite available at The Farallones. Partly, because we are used to luxury nice hotel/ resorts and this was recommend as one of the best. However, after visiting El Salvador you will notice that there isn’t really many choices when comes to 4-5 Star hotels. All YouTube videos and information mentioned this one and the one next door- which I recommend because it’s actually brand new and cost the same! First- getting to the hotel isn’t the most attractive. We went during there winter season and couldn’t sleep the first night because it felt like there was a hurricane happening outside. Our door would shake and you could hear how angry the ocean was! So, keep that in mind when booking the room. The hotel looks great in pictures/ videos and has great views but can use some updating especially for the price you pay. Things are rusted, broken, scratched. Breakfast is including and for drinks only coffee. The pictures make it seem like the pools are big but in person not really. The hotel is actually really small, consist of 3 s small separate buildings. The hot tub didn’t even have hot water and they couldn’t fix it. The room did come with complimentary bottle waters and fruits. Two nice bath robe. The pillows were not good quality but the bed was good. The staff was super friendly!!!
