  Beautiful garden, nice room but very overpriced at $190. Few lights didn't work, no big deal, but the real problem was that three of us had horrible itching during the night! When I told the staff in the morning that they had a problem with beds, possibility some kind of animal, they didn't seem to care and told me it was the first time that had happened. I don't think it matters if it is the first time or the hundredth time, I had a problem and it was ignored. No apology, no discount, no complimentary breakfast, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable for $190

  Its an hotel thats not a 10 story tower and you get a great view of the mountains, service is not the best but it sure does the job, so thats why its a 4 star. Another great thing is that the rooms are at about 26°c but outside its like 14°c so it really keeps you warm.

  This boutique hotel is probably one of the most beautiful locations in Ataco. With their own Viva Espresso cafe and a great restaurant on site, the view and the whole experience are simply mesmerizing.
