  POORLY COORDINATED! THEY DON'T SEE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE CAPACITY OF ATTENTION. A LONG WAITING TIME TO RECEIVE A SERVICE. DOES IT COST YOU TO INCREASE MORE ATMS? ... IT IS REALLY THE WORST BANK IN EL SALVADOR ..

  Very bad service. Few people working and attending. My process has taken more than 4 hours, including waiting hours outside the branch, inside and at the window. The supervisor is very pedantic and does not consider special needs of the clients. If it weren't for the customer service agent that I got, whose service was excellent, I'd just put one star. Consider: 1.30 hours in the sun waiting, another hour and a half to be attended inside, and more than an hour doing the procedure at the window. And that is not enough. Even when it was my turn in line, they assigned me to someone else who was at lunch. And I had to wait longer before being treated. Very bad service unfortunately.
