  Poor customer service. Do not go here if you are picking up remittance payments as they will tell you that you can get up to $4000, but then deny you access to the funds and blame it on Money Gram, which has a limit of $10,000. My husband and I have gone 3 times to try to get a remittance payment. Each time, they gave us a different excuse for why we could not pick it up. Shameful and unprofessional. The last time we went, they told us money gram had canceled the transaction, but I track the transaction online and it says ready for pickup. All they did was lie to us. If they did not have the money, they should have directed us to a more helpful bank.

  Covid prevention measures, full ATM to make payments. Enough chairs for checkout and customer service. It gets quite crowded, it is advisable to make deposits in the full ATM to your account or to a third party and then use the App to make payments.
