  There is no respect for people's time, the bank should be much more efficient in serving its customers and not having to wait for a small transaction in customer service all afternoon, it is a lack of respect for our time we cannot going to spend the whole afternoon or morning in a bank agency bad efficiency on the part of the bank the senior management of customer services must take that into account. Another criticism, every time I call the call center, I have to listen to a tape recorder for about 5 minutes, all their promotions, lack of efficiency. Nowadays, there is nothing to lose.
