::It has a very accessible location, the parking lot is ample. They have all the Biosafety measures. The lady at the reception is very friendly and offers different alternatives that allow you to make a better decision when it comes to solving the service you need from the bank. I suggest taking time, as the customer service staff is quite small for the number of customers waiting to pass. Otherwise, all good.

::I can concur to the recent post. The supervisor Eugenia canât explain on how I previously had a account in this bank (Iâm not El Salvadorian Resident) and now sheâs stating that I canât sign up since Iâm not resident. Many employees (online and in person) have confirmed that with the documents In my possession I am able to open an account. At this point, it leads me to believe that she is just discriminating potential clients. This type of experience makes me never want to bank with the company.

::The staff in this bank is incredibly unprofessional and they lack good customer service. Their bank associates give false and inaccurate information. I was there for 3 hours trying to open and personal and business accounts and they gave me a round around and wasted my time. If youâre smart youâll stay away from this facility filled with incompetent people who donât know anything. What a shame that bank employees know nothing about their job. Furthermore, I chatted online with a bank representative and they confirmed that they information the employees in the bank told me were lies. The bank associates and supervisor at this location are beyond unprofessional!!! If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Beware that you will encounter unprofessional people with zero knowledge.
