::Very bad experience this day. 30 minutes outside in line waiting to enter the agency. Inside 12 people waiting to be served and only 2 cashiers, of which only 1 is serving the customer. What a lousy service. I visit them because I pay for school here, but I didn't come for me. Bad for you.
