  Super staff, great location, safe, clean and secure. Everything you need in a budget hotel.

  El precio es económico, pero las camas necesitan ser cambiadas , the price is reasonable, but the beds need to be replaced, the owners do go the extra mile to keep you satisfied, once again those beds in bad shape

  I was physically assaulted at this property. When I arrived yesterday, I spoke with a man about not having a reservation and he gave me the cost. I asked if I could see the room first (as I did not want to pay without seeing it the room). He told me that he can’t do that due to COVID prevention which doesn’t make sense. I then asked if I could borrow the WI-FI password so I can at least see pictures online and he smugly said no. I told him it would be hard to commit and that his behavior is not good customer service and that’s when he went ballistic- screamed at me to get out and started pushing me out. I pulled my phone out to film his behavior and he got more aggressive and swung at me and tried to grab my phone. Fearing for what he has done, he went inside and in a few minutes, a woman came out and started screaming at me to get out as well. I tried to explain to the lady what happened but she was not having it. In my years of travel, I have never witnessed such aggressive demeanor (especially from business owners). I hope guests would never have to experience this type of treatment. I am reporting this establishment to the local police. Please take your money somewhere else where you would be treated with respect.

  A great hostel! Beautiful garden and extremely helpful people. Roberto is so nice and has perfect english. Rooms have functioing AC which is very important. הוסטל מעולה. רוברטו אחלה גבר ועוזר בכל שאלה עם אנגלית מעולה.
