::Super dissatisfied š” I made a reservation via email, the property manager send a detailed bill about our stay, when we arrived he made up all kind of excuses stating that what he send was a mistake and the price was for one day only and on the receipt it says clearly 2 days! We drove all the way there for nothing! We ended up staying at the hotel next door it is not as fancy but they have great customer service and affordable price! RANCHO INFINITO if they do the same to you look for something else, when you donāt speak the language and donāt know anything else Iām pretty sure itās easy for them to change prices!

::The best place you could imagine. Super friendly staff, great food, clean rooms, and superb grounds. Swimming pools, beautiful views from everywhere, and very safe. Everyone has a smile, and is ALWAYS willing to do anything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Great place for families as well.
