::If you do not speak Spanish fluently and don't want to be a victim of their scam to charge you for pre existing damage to one of their vehicles then I would suggest renting from somewhere else. I had photographic proof of preexisting repair and they still charged me and provided NO estimate, receipt or explanation. They took full advantage of my poor Spanish and the fact that I was in a hurry and had to catch a flight. FYI This office is connected to Alamo so it is the same staff, don't rent from either location!
